BSC S.R.L. guarantees the right of withdrawal for any reason from the purchase contract.

To exercise this right, you must send a registered letter with return receipt and preferably also an email to boxinglab.corsovenezia@gmail.com or a fax, specifying the order number and which products are subject to return. All this within 14 days (calendar) of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following mandatory conditions:

 

• Pursuant to Article 64 et seq. Of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form to BSC S.R.L.), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any

 

• The purchased good must be returned unused and intact, in its original packaging with all its parts (including packaging, documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.), strictly avoid labels or adhesive tapes on the original packaging of the product and place it in a second box. Products used or showing signs of damage or dirt will not be

 

• According to law, the shipping costs related to the return will be borne by the customer. The return of products not intact, deteriorated or without original accessories and equipment will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender with an additional shipping

 

• The shipment, until the confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured or untracked shipments (eg priority mail).

 

• In case of damage to the goods during transport, we will promptly notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods) to allow him to file a complaint against the courier chosen by him/her and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal.

 

• If, on the other hand, the item is returned intact in all the aforementioned points, we will reimburse only the cost of the goods (not the shipping costs) by reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank

 

transfer within 14 days (calendar) from receipt of the returned goods. For any dispute between the parties on this matter, the Court of the place of performance of the contract is competent.
