General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Boxing Lab
1.Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the purchase of products offered on the website www.boxinglab.it (hereinafter the “Website”), operated by Boxing Lab S.r.l., with registered office at Via Gabrio Serbelloni, 4, Milan; VAT number 09632080967.
By placing an order on the Website, the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) fully accepts these Terms.
2. Products and Availability
The products offered on the Website are described in the respective product sheets. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Product availability is regularly updated, but errors or sudden out-of-stock situations cannot be ruled out.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal
- Satispay
- Bank transfer
4. Order and Confirmation
Once the order is completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email. The order is considered accepted by Boxing Lab only upon sending said confirmation.
Boxing Lab reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, item unavailability, or incomplete/inaccurate information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made throughout Italy (and/or potentially other countries) via selected couriers.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and product availability.
Shipping cost: €5 for orders under €99.00. Free shipping for purchases over €99.00, unless otherwise stated in promotions.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, a written communication must be sent via email to: store@boxinglab.it.
The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranty and Defects
All products are covered by the legal conformity warranty provided by the Consumer Code (24 months for consumers).
In the case of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer must report the issue within 2 months of discovering it, by sending an email to: store@boxinglab.it with a description and photo of the defect.
8. Limitation of Liability
Boxing Lab is not responsible for indirect damages, courier-related delays, or malfunctions not directly attributable to its conduct.
9. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The full policy is available in the “Privacy Policy” section of the Website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the competent court will be that of the consumer’s place of residence. For professional clients, the exclusive jurisdiction will be Milan.
11. Amendments
Boxing Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Website.
