12 Classes in 1 Month, SPRINT! The Boxing Lab Workout is set up to welcome any type of athlete: from those undertaking for the first time this kind of training to those who are already experienced athletes. The class, led by a trainer, will perform bodyweight exercises or with small overloads, such as dumbbells and medicine balls, alternating with Boxing and Kick Boxing punching bag techniques.
